What information do we use for your table request?

Party size, date, time, first name, last name, and phone are required. Email, a table note, and allergy or intolerance details are optional.

For security, the IP address is converted into a one-way identifier rather than stored directly. Marketing permission is not part of this form.

The information is used only to review the table request, contact you when needed, and prevent duplicate submissions.

The request is sent server-to-server to the restaurant’s Check & Place service. Its access token is never sent to the browser.

Rate-limit and duplicate-submission records use protected identifiers without raw phone or IP data and are kept for no more than 24 hours.

Customer and request records created in Check & Place are managed separately under the restaurant’s operational and legal obligations.
